I suspect that the reload failed properly on the iPad. Please try the following steps:
- Double-click the Home button to see a row of running apps.
- Swipe up the thumbnail of the apps4fashion app to close it.
- Open the App, go to settings (gear icon) and "Perform Full Reload"
ensure that the reload is done completely ( on the bottom of setting "Last Reload" should be current time)
- Go to settings and Sync order history (repeat this several times)
- Check your Draft orders and OrderHistory
